The building is located on the edge of a pine-covered area. It is designed and structured so it could be easily subdivided if necessary, so each floor can be autonomous. Future use and practicality were evaluated and the necessary design and structure solutions were implemented. It is a setting that allows the residents to feel that they are living with nature in their daily life.
